Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our vibrant team. As a pivotal member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in sculpting our recruitment strategy to attract and retain diverse talent. Your tasks will encompass identifying suitable candidates, evaluating their potential in the tech realm, matching them with appropriate clients, and overseeing the seamless onboarding process. This role demands a profound comprehension of the tech industry's demands and an unwavering dedication to our mission of nurturing diversity.
+ Devise and execute a recruitment strategy aimed at fostering diversity in the tech sector.
+ Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring candidates' alignment with industry requirements.
+ Collaborate closely with our team to facilitate smooth talent-client matches and onboarding.
+ Stay updated on tech recruitment trends and diversity best practices.
+ Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including marketing and university events.
+ Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely progression.
+ Assist with interview processes and assessment activities.
+ Negotiate and manage candidate offers.
Cultivate professional networks to bolster candidate pools.
+ Provide market insights to inform business decisions.
+ Liaise with various stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and external agencies.
+ Ensure compliance with business controls.
Key resposibilities
Qualifications
+ 4-5 years of recruitment experience with a demonstrated track record of successful placements.
+ Profound understanding of the tech industry and its requisite skills.
+ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
+ Fluency in English and Dutch.
+ Willingness to travel to Groningen and Utrecht locations.
+ Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in tech.
