There is an urgent need to support and inspire women to embrace technology and enter the tech sector. However, despite worldwide conversations about gender diversity in tech, numbers show the industry still has a long way to go.
This needs to change. For more than one good reason. We believe in gender-balanced and diversified work environments.

We work closely with tech companies. Together with these companies, we analyse industry requirements and develop tailor made programs that equip female tech talents with impactful skills.
We ensure the women are well-prepared for their traineeship, get paid right from the start, and have the skills and confidence to succeed.
