Look no further, we have the perfect position for you! Starting from February 2024, the team that supports and executes Alyx and codeGorilla is seeking an intern to support our 'People' operations.
What can you expect? As an intern at Alyx/codeGorilla, you will not be afraid to make contacts. Among other things, you will be responsible for maintaining and following up on new registrations for our bootcamps through the website. In addition, you will show initiative and share your ideas so that you can participate in our processes. You will also contribute to regular intake interviews, assessments, and information sessions. The internship offers ample space for personal input and the opportunity to observe various activities.
Requirements
+ You are pursuing an education in HR, Business Administration, or a related field at a Dutch University or UAS
+ You are available full-time in Groningen or Utrecht from February 2024
+ You maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English
+ You are passionate about gender diversity, equity & inclusion
+ You have attention to detail, planning, organization, and multitasking
+ You are highly motivated to learn and grow in the area of Business and HR within a startup culture
